Eligibility to Purchase

To be eligible to purchase goods and lawfully enter into and form contracts under English law you must:

• If an individual, be 18 years of age or over; and
• Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom; and
• Register your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address any other details requested

By offering to purchase goods and services you represent to us that you are 18 years of age or over and authorise us to transmit information (included updated information) to obtain information from third parties, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card numbers or credit reports to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions

To Support all applications you will be asked to provide 1 acceptable proof of signature and 1 acceptable proof of address

Acceptable proofs of address:-

(1) Bank or Building Society Credit Card Statement:-

• Must show full address and match the registered address of the phone
• no more than three months old
• clear easy to read copy
• no post office card accounts
• account activity/transactions must be shown- NOT JUST DEBIT INTREST

(2) Full UK driving Licence or Provisional Licence-NOT PAPER!

• this must be a clear copy and easy to read
• must match registered address of the phone
• must match date of birth of the order

(3) Utility Bill

• water, gas electric and telephone
• must be a clear copy and easy to read
• must match registered address of the phone
• must show an account number
• no more than three months old
• must show activity

(4) Family Allowance/ Pension Book

• customers full name and address
• date of issue
• clear easy to read copy
• date of last order

Acceptable proofs of signature

(1) Full UK driving Licence or Provisional Licence - 

• This must be a clear copy and easy to read
• must match registered address of the phone
• must match date of birth of the order
• if using this for proof of address you must collect a different proof of signature

(2) credit card/ Debit Card

• must be in date-
• copy of front and back and must show signature clearly
• must show name used for registration
• clear easy to read copy
• NO visa electron/solo/post office/cash card account/store cards

(3) Passport

• valid machine readable passport
• clear and easy to read copy
• in date

NOT ACCEPTABLE

Mobile phone bills, Non UK Passport, Any reminder or final notice/ late payment bills, Birth certificates, Bank or building society letters, Forces ID card, visa electron/solo/post office cards
